RCube provides an evidence-based comprehensive assessment and training system that helps to improve your physical and emotional health and wellbeing and to enhance performance and productivity, even under pressure.
It is based on cutting-edge research into the physiology of stress and resilience. This app is also available for iOS phones and tablets.
Our app measures relationship between strain and recovery, health risk and health potential and capacity to perform well under pressure via psychometric and HRV assessment.
RCube provides training two complementary types of training: Engagement & Relaxation Training.
